About Paul Kerza.
Paul has been working in real estate development since 2000 starting his career as a regulatory and entitlement consultant for real estate developers in Southern California. He then moved on to work as Project Manager for a Manhattan Beach, CA based developer where he entitled 400 residential units and managed construction of seven residential communities. Paul now owns Kerza Homes focused on custom builds, remodels and realty. After successfully selling homes in the South Bay of Los Angeles for 15 years he relocated the business to Wilmington, NC in 2024. From one coast to another Paul’s passion for building custom coastal inspired homes continues.
